Service Agreement:

All clients must communicate if they are feeling unwell so we can reschedule if needed.

You (The Pet Parent) agree that your pet is fit and healthy for grooming. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Grooming Cohens cannot be held liable. “De-matting" or complete coat removal can dramatically alter your pet's appearance and may be necessary for your pet’s health. We will always shave matting instead of painful de-matting. You understand that elderly or infirm pets will be at the owner's risk. We ask that you be clear about your pet's needs and your own. Grooming Cohens is here for you and is prepared to provide routine care for your pets. Our rates are based on the condition of the coat, breed, behavior, and duration of the groom.

-We ask that you allow an hour's arrival window to accommodate travel time.

- Cancellations made with less than 24hr notice will be charged a $65 fee w/card on file.

- Grooming Cohens may use photos taken of your pet on our social media.

-We prefer to be scheduled at a day and time when no other services are expected in the household (Gardner, cleaning services, repair work, etc.)

-We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

-In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Grooming Cohens to contact the nearest Veterinarian.

Payment Agreement: Payment is to be made at the time of service. Credit Cards on file are required for all booking clients. Cancellations made with less than 24hr notice will incur a fee. Returned checks will also incur an additional $35 charge.

Standing FLU/Covid Notice: We are fully vaccinated and will mask when asked or as needed. We ask that if you or your household is feeling unwell, to delay the appointment for 5-10 days. We follow any active state health mandates.

No-Shows: It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer. Multiple no-shows will result in a refusal of a booking.
